Good to see you return to the One Tigris Mike not that I have one. It's just a nice thing to do given the source of the stove. Yeah, a decent tool to take with you on day hikes or over night. I need to take mine out more. They're fun, useful and leave no mess. All the best. Mark
Thanks Mark, twig stoves are a great bit of kit. I love the open fire at our bushcraft area, but the twig stove lets you have all the positive experience of a fire without the mess or damage an open fire can cause.
Hi Mike, another great little vid 👌You mentioned how previously you had rated the One Tigris Stove really badly, well, you got that right 🥴 Its awful, fiddly to put together, the side feed window is too small and high up 😩and with no feed shelf but hey, that's just an opinion 🥱 🤣😂 Be healthy and stay safe😉 Mark
Yes, Mark!! I agree with you it is fiddly. It took me about 3 minutes to put this together. It was just above freezing and it was a real pain. I think the older One Tigris stoves were a real pain with the window for feeding them. This one that I inherited has a huge front window which is good. It's just a shame that they don't come with a metal grill that sits atop the stove. I still rate my Bushbox as the best twig stove.
That is the one I selected, in stainless not titanium, it is cheaper. Used it to grill small steaks, was perfect, good small fire pit also. Assembly takes longer then the hinged models, but if you use it only once in a while it should not be a problem.
@@sle2721 thanks for the comment, it is a very good twig stove that’s very well priced. When you compare the price of the Bushbox to this and how often you’d use it… it makes good sense to go with this.
Thanks for giving us another chance to look at this one. Not used this, but had good experiences with the brand generally. Which stove do you prefer if you might want to do some cooking above it, out of interest?
The Ohuhu Portable Stove is the one I like best to cook. |It's a bit bigger than the rest so you can get a bigger coal bed for cooking on. I talk about it in this video: ruclips.net/video/4lR9GMl0pUw/видео.html

@@WalkTalkBrew A pleasure Mike. Yeah, it has its uses. I watched your other too and left a comment. Take care.
